At Home Edit Seattle, we charge a flat fee for all interior design projects. The scope dictates the cost. This model simplifies the process for oclients, who never need to worry about how much the design plan itself – the heart of every project – will add up to. No running meter, no endless invoices.
In addition, our design plans always include a detailed sourcing list for all furnishings and finishes, so that our Seattle area clients can see how much they will spend on each and every chair, lamp and roll of wallpaper.
It’s a simple, transparent model that keeps the focus where it should be – on the creative process of creating an elevated, layered home.
Projects can be as small as single space or as large as an entire home. The minimum flat fee for design is $3,500.
